Wednesday, March 30, 2011
What began as a simple feature has turned into a partnership, which has lasted nearly six months. A-Thug was contacted by Hip Hop Vibe for an interview in September 2010. Soon, the rapper was featured on the site and negotiations began about a partnership.
Hip Hop Vibe has been making moves over the past year. In 2009, the site was launched and began attracting a large audience last summer. The site features videos throughout the day, along with news, but needs a consistent video source.
The deal is nonexclusive, but Hip Hop Vibe has expressed interest in working with Megastar Films. The clips from Megastar DVD caught the attention of the executives of he site. Months of negotiations ended last week and the deal was made.
Now, A-Thug is more than simply another artist featured on Hip Hop Vibe, he is also one of the biggest suppliers of videos for the site. He provides news about himself and his film company is working with Hip Hop Vibe. By BRS Staff
Black Rolling Stones Enterprises was launched in 2003 as a record label for A-Thug to release his albums, but it has expanded to become one of the fastest-rising companies in Harlem. Black Rolling Stones has partnerships with companies well outside of New York City, all throughout the East Coast. People from all over the United States are aware of the Black Rolling Stones movement.
Anyone who is hoping to break into the entertainment industry could benefit from joining the management sector of Black Rolling Stones. Currently, BRS is managing the careers of models, rappers, singers, and music producers. Aside from the management, BRS has an in-house film company, Megastar Films, and clients automatically receive a spot on Megastar DVD.
Regardless of the career, Black Rolling Stones can definitely help a starving artist move in the right direction and get noticed. While still on the independent scene, Black Rolling Stones Enterprises has major connections.

Black Rolling Stones is Facebook Official
Saturday, February 19, 2011
By BRS Staff
Everything set into motion has been a long time coming. The Black Rolling Stones began as an outlet for one man to release his album. What began as a dream soon included a studio and an album. From there, the movement grew and other artists were added to the label. Before long, Black Rolling Stones Ent. was one of the biggest independent record labels in New York City.
Once one goal is reached, it is important to have another one set. Life is a series of problem-solving and when the problems are over, life is essentially over. True Black Rolling Stones are not looking at the end, they are looking for the next problem to solve. After all, problems are nothing more than opportunities and the Black Rolling Stones team has and provides many of those.
Upon building solid buzz as a record label, Black Rolling Stones Enterprises expanded into video production and clothing work. Now, Megastar Films is behind a successful series with Megastar DVD. In addition to the DVD series, Black Rolling Stones Enterprises is also over Black Rolling Stones Clothing, which has become quite successful over the past few years.
Last month, Black Rolling Stones finally organized all of the ventures into one website. Now, things have been taken a step further and the BRS movement is officially Facebook official. To check out the brand new page on Facebook for Black Rolling Stones, click here.
How to Be Featured on the next Megastar DVD
Friday, February 11, 2011
Ever since the 2008 launch of Megastar Films, Megastar DVD has been the most-successful part of the Black Rolling Stones company. Over the years, Megastar DVD has evolved from another promotional method for the Black Rolling Stones audience into a brand in its own right.
Initially, local rap artists and singers filled Megastar DVD, but now people are finally realizing there is a bigger goal. While Megastar DVD is hip hop and will always be hip hop, it is an outlet for anyone who wants to be exposed. Last fall, Black Rolling Stones made some lucrative deals that now have the DVD featured prominently.
Megastar DVD is now receiving exposure in Florida, Texas, Louisiana, Illinois, North Carolina, and Connecticut. For hip hop artists looking to be introduced to these areas, getting on the latest edition of the series is in their best interest. For local business owners, in any of these states, it would be a great means of promotion to have people from all parts of the United States checking out their business. Megastar DVD is not only a hip hop series, but it is rather a lifestyle brand.
No longer is it simply a DVD series, Megastar DVD has inspired several of the Black Rolling Stones new apparel and will continue to. BRS Movement, Bigger than Rap
Friday, February 4, 2011
There are many different rap groups and labels out there. With the advancement of the internet, it is easy for new companies to spring up. Most people are established with a simple website. But, it takes more than a website to keep things going.
Black Rolling Stones is one of the many record labels out there. But, what separates us from the other companies is how hard we work. Long before the website came, Black Rolling Stones was up and running.
Eight years ago, A-Thug released his debut album and the movement began. More music came from the label, more artists were signed to the label. Following the music, the clothing line came, and now BRS is also into management, and of course Megastar Films and Megastar DVD. Everything major labels have, we have and all on our own. The Black Rolling Stones movement is more than promotion for our music, instead, we are an entire lifestyle.
Being a stone or a stonette is more than being a fan of the crew. Instead, a stone or stonette is a person who works hard and goes after whatever it is they want. This movement is more than rap music, it is more than the films, it is more than the clothing, this movment is about empowering people. Regardless of age, race, or gender, anyone can be whatever they believe they can be. The Black Rolling Stones movement is a lifestyle that more people should adapt to, even if they don't like the music. Read more...
We Are The Independent Movement
Friday, January 28, 2011
Other companies claim to be independent, but have backers. Black Rolling Stones Enterprises is the ultimate movement, controlling the streets of Harlem for eight years. What initially began as one man's dream has helped so many other people.
In 2003, Black Rolling Stones Enterprises was launched as an outlet for A-Thug to release his music. Following successful releases from A-Thug, the label soon began selling other forms of merchandise.
In 2006, Black Rolling Stones Enterprises branched out into clothing with the launch of BRS Clothing, which has been a major success. If a person were to take a trip through Harlem, they would see people dressed in the atire. The clothing has pictures of all of the Black Rolling Stones logos, including a picture of the CEO, the ever-popular A-Thug. After years of being successful in Harlem, the goal is for the BRS movement to take things international.
In 2008, Black Rolling Stones Enterprises launched the successful Megastar DVD, which is preparing to release its fourth and fifth installments here in the next few months. Aside from the DVD series, Black Rolling Stones is also producing a series, which will broadcast on Hip Hop Vibe, sometime late this year, or early next year. There are not many independent companies out there producing television programs, releasing a DVD series, operating a record label and a clothing line.
Black Rolling Stones is the independent movement and it is not too late to join the team. Read more...
