Megastar Films has done videos for several businesses over the years, including videos for clothing lines and other businesses. BRS Supports the Local Harlem Businesses
Friday, May 6, 2011
By BRS Staff
As frequently stated, the Black Rolling Stones movement is much more than a hip hop movement. From the start, BRS has been all about Harlem. The plan is to change the way people think about various subjects and currently BRS is using hip hop music to do so. For those who truly know about Black Rolling Stones, they know we are also heavy into filmworks.
Megastar Films is the official film company for Black Rolling Stones. The work of the Megastar branch has been making noise for some time. Many of Megastar Films' videos have been posted on Hip Hop Vibe and the ever-popular ThisIs50.com. However, in the near future, Megastar Films plans to release the first movie produced by the company, The Signature.
Going along with Megastar Films is BRS Clothing. The clothing line was initially created in order to promote the music of A-Thug. Now the clothing line has its own following and the company is now thinking about the future of the line. This summer, the clothing line will be revamped and the products will be pitched to local stores in the Harlem area.
Black Rolling Stones is a local Harlem business and we support the other local Harlem businesses. Going forward, all we ask for is the support of the local Harlem businesses as we move along. This summer, hope to see more interaction between Black Rolling Stones and many of the other businesses based out of the community.
Megastar Films produces Four Videos in One Day
Wednesday, May 4, 2011
Only days after unveiling the new logo, Megastar Films has one of the busiest days in history. Launched in 2008, Megastar Films has been doing small video work for some time. But, the past year has been excellent for the company.
Megastar Films began as a means of video work for the BRS record label. Over the past three years, the company has handled all of the videos for the label. In the future, more videos will come for Megastar Films. However, now other clients are beginning to line up to have their videos done by Megastar.
During the weekend, the filming started and it did not stop for Megastar Films. Four videos were done, including videos for Black Rolling Stones. In the future, more videos will be coming, but last Saturday was a landmark for Megastar Films. Over the next few days and months, more work from Megastar Films will be spread across the internet.
